Happy New Year ! I have really been enjoying all the guitar resources on your site. The speed picking lessons got me back on track. I had been using the economy picking method and it’s true that it falls apart when you try speed it up. Thanks for that little bit of knowledge.

I have a 1965 Fender Strat that has original nickel plated frets and they are starting to tarnish. Any ideas on how to stop the aging process on this? I don’t really want to have it re-fretted so I can keep it original. Please let me know if you have any ideas.

Bob! A Happy New Year To You As Well! Right now I’m trying to decide about getting your Getting the right sound , tone package. My current gear is: a 2001 Jackson gtr, a 1977 Ovation electric acoustic, Carvin Legacy 212 combo amp,line 6 pod x3 live floorboard processor, digitech whammy pedal II, and finally a electro harmonix golden throat II original talkbox!
